Please note, the InXpress Shipping Rates app requires Shopify's Carrier Service API. As of January 1, 2023 this app will no longer work with new installations where the store is on the Shopify Starter or Basic plans because those plans are not able to request access to the Carrier Service API. This does not impact those that had access to the Carrier Service API prior to January 1, 2023. (Access to the Carrier Service API is already included with the Shopify Advanced and Shopify Plus plans.)
